Bousla started in 2021 with a simple observation: getting around our city shouldn't require three different apps, two phone calls and a lot of patience. Taxis were unreliable, deliveries opaque, and tourists had no local option they could trust.

We set out to build one app that treats riders, drivers and shop owners as real people — not line items in a spreadsheet. Transparent fares. Live tracking. Fast payouts. Human support. No hidden fees.

How do I book a ride?

Open the app, set your pickup and destination, choose a vehicle type, and confirm. A nearby driver accepts in seconds and you'll see their ETA in real time.

What payment methods are supported?

Cash, credit and debit cards, and in-app wallet. You can also redeem promo codes. Card payments are secured via Stripe with full 3-D Secure.

How is pricing calculated?

Fares are based on distance, duration, service type, and any applicable surge during peak demand. You always see the estimated fare before confirming — no surprises at the end.

Is Bousla safe to use?

Every driver is ID-verified with a background and vehicle check. Rides are tracked end-to-end and you can share your live trip with a trusted contact at any time.

How do I become a driver?

Download the Driver app, upload your driving license, vehicle registration, and insurance, and pass the short onboarding. Approval usually takes 24–48 hours.

Can I schedule a ride in advance?

Yes — use the "Schedule" option in the booking flow to set a pickup time up to several days ahead. We'll match a driver shortly before the scheduled time.

What if I left something in the car?

Open the trip in your ride history and tap "Contact driver". If you can't reach them, our support team can connect you. Most lost items are recovered within a day.
